About Me

I'm a product manager with a skill for connecting the dots across different areas of business - legal, compliance, operations, commercial, and tech development. I have hands-on experience in regulated industries like online gambling, fintech, and digital banking, having worked with leading companies such as FDJ United, Kindred Group, MTG AB, Identt, Vodeno, and Aion Bank. Throughout my career, I've collaborated on projects with various partners including Allegro, InPost, Metro Financial Services, UnitPlus, Dreams AB, and Expatrio. I build strategies that streamline digital identity, KYC processes, and digital transformation, focusing on delivering user-friendly, compliant solutions that maximize ROI and create seamless digital experiences.
However, it’s not just about the product for me. I’m passionate about coaching and mentoring, especially when working with young product managers and analysts. I create an open, collaborative environment where they feel empowered to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) - Affordability Checks OverviewJurisdiction: SwedenWe instituted a fully automated affordability and de-risking process, utilising taxable income data from trusted external source. This initiative was designed to align with the Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA) regulatory requirements and adhere to audit recommendations and best practices. The process is entirely digital, supporting both Anti-Money Laundering (AML) frameworks and Safe Gambling policies. Crucially, the design of this process was informed by extensive consultations with key stakeholders, including compliance, AML governance, safer gambling governance, commercial, UX, operations functions, player risk, and engineering teams.Jurisdiction: NetherlandsSimilarly, in the Netherlands, we developed a completely automated process based on an open banking framework to conduct source of wealth and affordability checks. This implementation is consistent with the good practices outlined by the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) and maintains a customer and business-friendly approach. As with the Swedish initiative, the development of this process involved a series of consultations with vital stakeholders across compliance, AML governance, safer gambling governance, commercial sectors, UX, operations, player risk, and engineering functions.Key Achievements

Industry: Fintech / MarketplaceClient: Allegro (Poland)Challenge:
- Allegro, a leading online marketplace in Poland, needed a secure and efficient digital identification and verification process for its BNPL (Pay Now Buy Later) product.My Role:
As Head of Onboarding and Stream Leader at Vodeno, I led the development and implementation of this solution.Objectives:

Key Achievements:
- Development of a secure, fully digital onboarding product for individuals and SMEs.
- Full compliance with AML/KYC banking regulations across multiple jurisdictions: Belgium, Poland, Germany, Sweden
- Product support for diverse banking and fintech use cases including current and savings accounts, payment cards, loan applications, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL).
- Digital onboarding flows made available across both web and native mobile platforms.

As Head of Onboarding, I led the creation and delivery of this multi-jurisdictional onboarding product, built on a modern Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) cloud platform. My responsibilities included:
- Defining and managing the product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on regulatory compliance and customer experience.
- Leading a cross-functional Scrum team of Product Owners, business and technical analysts, front-end and back-end developers, and QA testers.
