About Me
I'm a product manager with a skill for connecting the dots across different areas of business - legal, compliance, operations, commercial, and tech development. I have hands-on experience in regulated industries like online gambling, fintech, and digital banking, having worked with leading companies such as MTG AB, Kindred Group, Vodeno, and Aion Bank. Throughout my career, I've collaborated on projects with various partners including Allegro, InPost, Metro Financial Services, UnitPlus, Dreams AB, and Expatrio. I build strategies that streamline digital identity, KYC processes, and digital transformation, focusing on delivering user-friendly, compliant solutions that maximize ROI and create seamless digital experiences.
However, it’s not just about the product for me. I’m passionate about coaching and mentoring, especially when working with young product managers and analysts. I create an open, collaborative environment where they feel empowered to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. - Collaborating with eID providers or appropriate eID/KYC aggregators and internal teams to develop a seamless onboarding solution.
- Defining product requirements and specifications.
- Coordinating due diligence process (security, procurement, etc)
- Overseeing the project timeline and budget.

- Fully mobile and digital onboarding to Aion Bank in PolandAs the Head of Onboarding at Aion Bank, I played a pivotal role in:- Overseeing the entire onboarding process and its development, by managing scrum dev team (technical PO, analyst, front-end and back-end developers, QA / testers)
